How do I order?
It's a piece of cake. Browse through the site until you
find what you want. From the product page select the size
and quanity you are after. Click add to basket. Repeat this
process until you have everything you're after. Click view
basket, and then you will be taken to the payment page.
Follow the process carefully, and when your order is placed
you will receive a confirmation email. When your order has
been shipped you will receive a further email confirming
this.
How do I pay?
We use Worldpay.com
to process our orders, and we accept virtually all credit
and debit cards. Contact us via info@negrete.co.uk
for info on other payment options. In order to protect customers
to the fullest extent, Negrete does not store your credit
card information at any time. Our website features an SSL
secure connection during the transaction keeping your information
secure and private.
What about delivery?
Shipping to anywhere in the UK is FREE!! We aim
to process and post orders within 1 to 3 working days. We
will despatch orders via Royal Mail or a secure courier
service. You may need to sign for receipt of your goods,
so we advise having orders sent to an address where someone
is there all day, e.g a work address. If this cannot be
arranged, then Royal Mail should leave instructions on how
to pick up your parcel from them.
Most orders will have delivery attempted within 1-2 working
days from posting, but please allow 7 working days before
contacting us about a possible missing delivery! In rare
cases, packages can get lost in the mail. Don't worry, if
your package is lost, we will replace it for you at no extra
charge. However if the delivery tracking indicates that
your package has been delivered to you, we cannot be held
responsible for a package that is claimed to have never
been received.
What about returns?
We love the clothing we make. We want you to love it too.
So if anything you buy doesn't fit right, or just isn't
what you expected, just send it back and we will gladly
either issue you a refund or offer an exchange.
You can return any product within 14 days of receipt. You
must inform Negrete about this within the 14 day time limit.
Please make sure to include your order number and/or invoice
in all correspondence with us, both in email and in packages.
Unfortunately we cannot issue a refund for goods that have
noticeably been worn, washed, ironed, tumble dried or used.
All goods to be returned must be in their original condition,
and must be unused and unwashed.

What t-shirts do you
use?
We use American Apparel tee's (www.americanapparel.net).
They're 100% cotton, super soft, with a slightly slimmer,
youthful fit. Please bear in mind that sizing runs a little
small (size
info link). PLEASE CHECK YOUR SIZING CAREFULLY WHEN
ORDERING. They are made in the city of Lost Angels. THEY
ARE SWEATSHOP FREE. They might just be the best T-Shirt
you've ever worn.
Washing Instructions?
Please follow washing instructions on neck tag. Negrete
cannot be held responsible for any damage to products where
the correct washing instructions have not been followed.
Wash warm, dry low. Although you should not expect any significant
fading, wash colors separately from whites, especially on
the first wash. Expect about 5-7% shrinkage after the first
wash. Please wash inside out. Do not iron on decoration.
Handle with care. Wear with pride.
